Terms & Conditions Use of the kaya86 Platform

3.2 Deposit Verification

5.2 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time the Member confirms their bet are the odds used to calculate winnings. kaya86 reserves the right to void a bet if a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.

5.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino game (such as an internet disconnection between the dealer and the server), kaya86 will determine the fairest course of action — either voiding the round in question or applying the result recorded by the system prior to the disruption. kaya86's decision in such matters is final.

5.4 Void Bets

Bets placed after the designated bet cut-off time will not be accepted. kaya86 uses a time system synchronised with its servers to ensure the accuracy of all betting records. Any dispute regarding bet timing will be resolved based on kaya86's system records, which are considered final.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the kaya86 platform:

• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process

• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to gain unauthorised advantages

7.2 Account Closure at Member's Request
